Validity of the Sales Contract, Products, and Prices
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of products from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold on the Online Store are indicated next to the products.
The prices are in euros. A delivery fee is added to the price. The delivery fee depends on the location of the Buyer and the method of delivery.
The delivery fee is displayed to the Buyer when ordering products.
Information about the products is provided on the Online Store directly next to the products.
Placing an order
To order the product(s), you must add the desired product(s) to the shopping cart. To place an order, you must fill out the required data fields, and select the appropriate delivery method for the product(s). The amount of the fee is then displayed and it can be paid securely by the following payment methods:
Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay
NB! When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the “Back to merchant” (Tagasi kaupmehe juurde) button displayed on the bank’s web page.
Payments are facilitated by Maksekeskus AS. Payments will be accepted only in euros. The payment takes place outside of the Online Store in a secure environment – this includes when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The Seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The Agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Store.
The owner of the Online Store is the chief processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
If the ordered product(s) cannot be delivered, due to the product(s) being out of stock, or for any other reason, the Buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money will paid back (including delivery costs) immediately, but no later than 14 days after the notification.

Shipping costs are paid by the Buyer and the price information is displayed next to the shipping method. Shipping within Estonia usually reaches its destination, specified by the Buyer, within 3-7 working days after placing the order. In exceptional cases, the Seller has the right to deliver the product(s) within thirty calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a Juridical Person.
To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the product(s) has been used for any other purposes, other than are necessary to superficially investigate the nature, characteristics and operation of the product, or if any product shows signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the product(s), which the Online Store shall determine.
In order to return the product(s), an application for withdrawal from the purchase agreement of the product(s) must be submitted. This application can be found under: Withdrawal Application (Tagastamine) on the Buyer’s web page and then sent to the e-mail address there within 14 days of the receipt of the product(s): www.eestimaitse.ee.
The cost of returning the product(s) will be paid by the Buyer, unless the reason for the return of the product(s) is that the product to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective item).
The Buyer must return the product(s) within 14 days of the withdrawal application or provide proof that: She/he has handed over the product(s) to the carrier during the said period.
The Online Store will return all fees, received from the Buyer under the contract, to the Buyer after receiving the returned product(s), but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application.
The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until the returned product(s) have been received or until the buyer has provided evidence that she/he has returned the product(s), depending on whichever takes place first.
If the Buyer has explicitly chosen an alternative delivery method, other than the least expensive delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not obligated to return the amount of the delivery fee to the consumer, which exceeds the cost of the Online Store’s normal method of delivery.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the product(s) back from the Buyer, if the price of the goods, due to a mistake that the online store has accidentally made in its pricing, is significantly below the market price of the product(s).
Right to lodge a claim
The Online Store is responsible for non-compliance or a deviation from the contract terms of the items sold to the Buyer, which existed at the time of the transfer of the items and which has occurred for a period of not more than two years from the transfer of the product(s) to the Buyer.
During the first six months following the transfer of the item to the Buyer, it is expected that the deficiency had already existed at the time of the transfer.
Rejection of the respective presumption is the Online Store’s obligation.
The Buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months, at the latest, by sending an e-mail to info(at)eestimaitse.ee or by calling: +372 55551055.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the product(s) to the Buyer.
If the items purchased from the Online Store have deficiencies, for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will correct or replace the defective item.
In the instance when the product(s) cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will return all the fees associated with the sales contract. The Online Store will respond to a consumer complaint in writing, or in a form that can be reproduced in writing, within 15 days of receiving the complaint.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The Online Store uses personal data entered by the Buyer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the products to the Buyer. The Online Store also transmits personal data to transport companies for the delivery of products.
The Online Store will send newsletters and offers to the Buyer’s e-mail address only if the Buyer has given her/his permission to receive direct e-mail notifications when entering her/his e-mail address on the website. The Buyer can unsubscribe from e-mail offers and newsletters at any time by letting the Online Store know by email or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
Solving disagreements
If the Buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, these must be sent to the e-mail address info (at) eestimaitse.ee or by calling directly to: +372 55551055.

If the Buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the Buyer has the right to consult the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon). The procedural conditions and the application are available there. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve the disputes arising out of the contract between the Buyer and the Online Store. The review of the Buyer’s complaint in the commission is free of charge.
